New Patient Information
Our small private practice isn’t focused on getting as many people in and out as possible. Instead, Dr. Bell takes a one-on-one approach that gives you the personalized level of care that you deserve.
Your First Appointment
When you arrive for your first appointment, we will have you fill out any necessary paperwork (unless you filled it out at home) and review your insurance information to make sure everything is in order.
Then you will be escorted into one of our clinical rooms to meet with our Registered Dental Hygienist. She will gather diagnostic information such as charting, a periodontal screening and any necessary x-rays. Dr. Bell will then see you for an exam and discuss his findings with you, as well as any concerns that you may have.
If your mouth is healthy enough for a preventive cleaning, our RDH will perform that at this time. On occasion, some patients may have active gum disease and need to reschedule for an appropriate deep cleaning procedure.
We ask that you reserve approximately 1.5 hours for this new patient comprehensive visit.

The biggest compliment our patients can give us is a referral. As a thank you, each time you refer a patient to Dr. Alonzo M. Bell, you will receive a $25 credit.
